Request data deletion

Bible Neighbors does not use user accounts. Most information stays only on your device. Limited data may be stored on our servers if you redeemed a promo code.

What you can delete yourself

On your device, the app may store practice settings, streaks, unlock status, reminder preferences, and an anonymous device id.

• Clear app storage / cache in your device settings, or
• Uninstall the app

That removes on-device data. It does not cancel a Google Play or App Store purchase.

How to request deletion of server data

If you redeemed a promo code, we may retain an anonymous device id tied to that redemption (not your name or email).

1. Email blutreemg@gmail.com with the subject Bible Neighbors data deletion.
2. Include approximate date of redeem (if known) and any promo code you used. Do not send passwords or payment details.
3. We will delete associated redemption records we can identify, usually within 30 days, and confirm by email.

What is kept

• Purchase records held by Apple or Google remain under their policies.
• We may keep minimal records needed for fraud prevention or legal compliance for a limited time, if required by law.
